Can I order an item in a metal different than what it is available in?
Yes, as a custom order almost any item may be ordered in a metal different than what it is available in. Click on “ASK ZIVA” button on the "Item Description" page of the item and submit your quote request.
Will you custom-make an item based on my design ideas?
Yes, you may request to modify one of our existing styles or submit your own design for quotation.

To receive a price quote based on your own design ideas, email your design image(s) and specs to Quotes@ZivaJewels.com. Once approved, we will correspond with you through the design and production process, so the final product will turn out perfect.
What quality diamonds do you use?
Round cut diamonds are SI (slightly included) in clarity, other cuts are SI to VS (slightly to very slightly included) in clarity. All diamonds are in G to H color range except for the ones used in a few bracelet and pendant styles with larger size diamonds. Those styles are specified by letter ‘B’ at end of their style number.
What is your product warranty?
ZIVA warranties its products against defect in material and workmanship in normal use and serviced for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
How can I become a ZIVA affiliate?
